Switch revenue counter
Currently only shows "Net Revenue" by default.
Would like users to switch to the following:
* Revenue
* Orders
* Cumulative Revenue
* Net Cumulative Revenue
* New Subscriptions
* Renewed Subscriptions
* Monthly Recurring Revenue
Planned
Would it be better to just have a metrics section showing all instead, including active trials, new customers etc
